B. DELEGATE COMPLIMENTARY PACKAGE

Dubai's Department of Economy and Tourism shall provide the following services in accordance with all applicable laws.

1. Three nights accommodation at a 5-star hotel in Dubai **
2. Economy return flights to Dubai - Same departure & arrival airport**
3. Return shuttle transfer from & to Dubai DXB Airport and the hotel **
4. Shuttle transfer from your host hotel to the event venues **
5. Attendance on the three days of DWS
6. Personalized meeting agenda
7. Access to all evening functions
8. Breakfast**, Lunch, Dinner and Coffee breaks, are included for the days of the event

**not applicable to Dubai-based delegates & participants

C. DELEGATE COMMITMENTS

Delegates shall commit their attendance as per the following requirements:

1. Attendance at all pre-scheduled meetings with stakeholders.
2. Ensure meeting agenda timings are followed.
3. Strict adherence to the shuttle timings to and from the event venues.

1. Services

Dubai's Department of Economy and Tourism shall provide those services specified in section (B) and in consideration, the delegate shall provide those commitments specified in section (C), each in relation to the Event detailed in section (A). Each party shall provide its respective services with all reasonable skill and care.

2. Visas

Dubai's Department of Economy and Tourism will assist and purchase visas to Dubai only, if required. Please note that additional documents may be needed.

3. Substitution

Applications are non-transferable. In case of cancellation, a substitution may be authorised only if the nominated substitute person from your organisation meets the qualification, criteria and compatibility.

4. Liability and Insurance

To the extent permitted by law, we exclude any liability arising out of or in connection with your trip to Dubai. Accordingly, we strongly encourage that you obtain appropriate insurance such as international travel health insurance, medical repatriation insurance, loss of profit insurance, life insurance and liability insurance since these insurances are not provided by Department of Economy and Tourism and its affiliates Dubai's Department of Economy and Tourism. You further agree that you have arranged, through insurance or otherwise, to meet any and all needs for payment of health care coverage or medical costs that you may incur while you visit Dubai.

5. Health and Safety

Please become acquainted with the applicable COVID requirements in the Emirate of Dubai and the UAE, in particular travel and entry and regulatory requirements, testing and isolation requirements, safety precautions, and obligations with respect to medical expenses. If you have any questions, please feel free to reach out to us.

6. Organisational Matters

The invitation to the trip provided to you is on behalf of Dubai's Department of Economy and Tourism. The trip will be arranged, organized and coordinated by Dubai's Department of Economy and Tourism.Please understand that there may be changes to some of the program items during your trip and that all bookings with respect to your upcoming trip are subject to the terms and conditions of the tour operators, hotel, attractions, etc. We reserve the right to cancel your trip for any reason (including,if a minimum number of participants cannot be reached).Please be aware that there may be inherent hazards in engaging in certain activities; please become acquainted with them before engaging in such activities as you will be solely responsible for such risks. If you have any concerns with respect to any activity, please direct your inquiries with the provider of such activity. It is up to you to participate in such activities after having such discussion. Please note that we do not control these third parties and do not assume their liability, so we encourage you to get acquainted with their terms and conditions.

7. Costs and additional charges

Except as otherwise notified by us in writing, any personal expenses and extras (e.g. telephone,laundry service,internet, etc) incurred during your trip will be covered by you. Please be aware that we do not cover alcohol expenses. If you would like to extend your stay, we would be very excited to recommend new points of interests and provide you additional information on your extended stay.The extended portion of your stay will not be covered by us, please get in touch with your travel agent to make arrangements and any additional payments to cover your stay.

8. Changes to your upcoming trip

We try to accommodate as best as we can any changes that your request to your itinerary, but these may not always be possible. In the event we cannot accommodate them, such changes will be your sole responsibility, even for events outside of our control. In the event that you wish to rebook or cancel your flights or accommodation following the issuance of a booking confirmation by Dubai's Department of Economy and Tourism or its partners, you agree that you may be charged for such rebooking or cancellation fees (including no-show fees). Check with your travel insurance provider as they may cover such costs.

9. Personal Data

We only process your personal data in connection with the trip. When you register for the trip to Dubai, we use your personal data to communicate with you, to plan a personalised itinerary for you in connection with your trip and to conduct your trip. This may include making the necessary travel arrangements (including flight tickets and transportation within the UAE), visa processing, accommodation, attraction visits and other related purposes, including the business matchmaking programme in connection with the Delegate’s attendance at the Event. 10. Governing Law

In relation to any attendance at, and participation in, the Event hosted Delegate shall comply with (1) All laws (including, without limitation, all laws relating to anti-bribery and corruption or trade sanctions). (2)Any instructions issued by Dubai's Department of Economy and Tourism, Vivaah or the owners of the venue at which an Event is being held (including, without limitation, in relation to health and safety or security requirements). (3) The provisions of the Event (if any, including, without limitation, any rules, regulations and operational requirements stated there in).

11. Promotional Materials

We are very excited to showcase Dubai to a broader audience and share your adventures. To better amplify the content created during your visit, you consent to Dubai's Department of Economy and Tourism sharing, distributing and editing your content (videos, photographs, etc.) or any other content created by Dubai's Department of Economy and Tourism using your likeness and image with our partners and broadly across various platforms and media channels.

12. Agreement

This Agreement, shall be deemed the Terms and Conditions, and will come into force on the day that it is signed and unless terminated earlier in accordance with the other provisions of this Agreement, shall continue in force until the closing date of the Event listed in Section (A).
